HOTEL LE GRAND IMILCHIL, Marrakesh – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel offers good rooms with a nice balcony view over the pool and palm trees. The service, although friendly, could be more attentive at times. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the main square and close to great restaurants. Dining experience varies in quality. The facilities are decent overall.

The hotel was a good value for money choice for my needs, with clean and roomy rooms, although lacking any decorative features. The staff's service varied from nice and friendly to slightly pushy and not very informative. The location was ideal for a quiet stay away from the Medina confusion, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The dining options ranged from good continental breakfast to poor quality and limited choices.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, just outside the medina in the new city, resembling the Beverly Hills of Marrakech. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, but a bit noisy at times. The service was polite but lacked detailed information. The breakfast offered a continental style with fresh juice and good coffee. The facilities were well-maintained, with no bees lingering around, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is not ideal in terms of room conditions due to no air conditioning in a quadruple room, but the amazing service and calm location make up for it. The dining experience is rich, and the hotel offers proximity to traditional food options.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very dirty and old, which was a big downside. Yet, the staff was helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile. The location was decent, close to the new town and walking distance to the big square. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with a variety of delicious breakfast options. The facilities were average, nothing extraordinary.
